Jason with REAL Roofing did a great job on my insurance roof claim. He fought for my claim and brought in and paid for a public adjuster to keep fighting. I eventually was awarded a full roof replacement, and within a day of receiving funds, he had material ordered and had me on the schedule. His crew did a great job, finished in one day and didn’t leave so much as a piece of trash behind. I’d never know they were there. He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and very responsive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

If anyone is looking for a roof company that has a ton of PATIENCE Jason Shook with Real Roofing & Construction is that individual. I know there is a myth (LOL) that woman ask a ton of questions. Well, I'm that one that has 25 more than the average one and he was basically there to answer them all each and every time. I've worked with Jason the last 2 plus years trying to get a new roof replacement and my insurance carrier denied me each year. Ultimately, I had to pay for it out of pocket but Jason was there during the entire process. Jason offered the detailed/specific information that I needed far as the process of how the roof installation process works, materials, etc. During my first in person appointment with Jason I felt at ease, that he was an honest, genuine person and he lived true to that throughout the entire process and offered a fair a reasonable price for the replacement. I have no doubt that if I should ever need another roof replaced or someone request a referral Jason will be the one I recommend. Thank you, Jason, for dealing with me and my 1,000 questions. 😊
